To keep our skills fresh and retain our knowledge Goss Springs invest in training and maintain an Apprentice training Programme.

Over the years this has yielded some outstanding individuals who have gone onwards and upwards in the Engineering & Manufacturing fields to benefit not just Goss but the country as a whole.

Many current employees and managers started out life as an Apprentice, and are still putting their skills to use today.
